Implementation and go-live successful through the busy Christmas period with improvement and optimisation following to achieve full critical stock availability and improved supply chain flow (including direct to store and via central warehouse decisions)
Introduced demand planning and stock replenishment using analytical inventory targets with redefined production cycles that improved customer fulfilment service to 99%. The steady production cycles improved manufacturing efficiencies by optimising the product sequence and extending run lengths. In addition inventory levels reduced in the supply and distribution of these packaged sauces from a central European production facility through increased trust in the historical base demand pattern onto which known promotional, clearance or new product introductions could be added.
